RETURN & REFUND POLICY

DaytoDay Healtcare is committed to uncompromising quality and customer satisfaction.

Any product may be returned within 7 days of purchase if the packing is not opened. If you have opened the packing and are not satisfied with it, please call +92 3283777999 and the customer care agent will guide you accordingly, You can select from below options for returning your products.

NOTE: Any product bought from Sale or Deals will not be Refunded. Only
Exchange is possible if damage occurs or if the product is tampered in any way.


Option 1

You can directly return your products directly to daytodayhealthcare,Lahore, once we receive your products at daytodayhealthcare we will return your amount to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash within 15 working days after receiving the product.

Option 2

Our partner courier will pick it up from your delivery address. Once we receive your products at daytodayhealthcare, We will deduct Courier Charges from your order amount and return the rest to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.

If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We’ll provide instructions on how to send the product.
