  • If you suspect tampering, keep the original product and packaging for verification. Further instructions will be provided upon request.

  • Return the product directly to our Lahore location.

  • Refund will be processed to your Bank Account / EasyPaisa / JazzCash within 15 working days after receiving the product.

2. Courier Pickup Service

  • Our courier partner can collect the product from your address.

  • Refund will be processed after deducting courier charges.
